Now in its 10th year and taught across North America, this training provides practical, science-backed tools to enhance emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and overall resilience. Research highlights that mindfulness can lower stress reactivity, improve focus, and boost psychological flexibility—all essential for thriving in a demanding world.
